Every custom project is a little different. These are the basics, and we’ll walk through the rest with you.
Can I order just one item?
Small and one-of-a-kind projects are welcome. Some materials or designs may have minimums, and we’ll confirm that in your quote.
Can you use my logo or artwork?
Yes. Send the best-quality file you have. Embroidery artwork may need to be converted into a stitch-ready file, which will be included in the project details when applicable.
Can you help if I only have an idea?
Absolutely. Describe the look, colors and item you have in mind, and include inspiration when you request a quote.
How long will my order take?
Timing depends on the item, quantity, design preparation and current workload. Share your needed date up front so we can confirm availability before you commit.
